Scott Baad
Over 45 years of residential property management experience. Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Extensive experience with all types of residential rentals. Class A certified General Contractor.
Kyle Giesegh
Licensed South Carolina Property Manager-in-Charge (PMIC) and active CCAR member with extensive experience in short-, mid-, and long-term rentals across the Grand Strand. Combines over a decade of sales and leadership expertise with a focus on relationships and proactive, locally driven property management.
Brandon Baad
Over fifteen years of experience in management, maintenance and vendor coordination, and client service. A true jack of all trades, combining leadership and hands-on problem-solving to ensure properties, vendors, and guest experiences are handled with care and precision.
